By using Herakles (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Herakles is a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool that allows users to upload XML files from their accounting software to Revolut Business. The Service supports the ISO 20022 standard and creates payment drafts in the user's Revolut Business account.
To use the Service, you must connect Herakles to your Revolut Business account via the Revolut Business Marketplace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is free for the first month and costs €4.90 per month thereafter. The subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled by the user.
Herakles prioritizes user privacy and does not store any sensitive data. However, the Service may collect and process certain non-sensitive data necessary for its operation. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Umka d.o.o and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
In no event shall Umka d.o.o be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of European Law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using Herakles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
